This sculpture represents the union of different spiritual streams present or past, through a door opening to human spiritual aspirations. The creative origin has its source in the work of Rodin and in particular his door of hell around 1888 which refers to the gate of Paradise Ghiberti started around 1425 in the Baptistery in Florence.

 

At the time of globalization, this work embodies a kind of universal ecumenism. If man is religious, god is love, whatever the form he or she takes.
